All Resin items are custom and handmade that takes time to dry and cast. All flowers are real and dried for customer satisfaction. No refunds are accepted unless product is damaged within arrival. 

After placing your order, You will receive an email and text message from the Laboratory for confirmation. If customization note is not included in order, I will do my best to get in contact with the customer if "notes" located in checkout isn't available. Please look out of recent emails and messages from our business.
